Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Suksak maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are deeply committed to protecting children and ensuring our platform is a safe environment.

2. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, saving, or promoting any content that depicts, encourages, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming behavior, and the sexualization of children.

3. Detection and Reporting

We employ proactive measures, including automated detection systems and manual review processes, to identify and remove CSAE content. Furthermore, we strongly encourage our users to immediately report any suspected CSAE content using our in-app reporting tools or by contacting support directly.

4. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Upon detecting CSAE material, Suksak will immediately remove the content, permanently ban the offending user account, and report the incident, along with all relevant user data, to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.
